tm stagetec systems joins forces with world-leading systems architect and ICT integrator Qvest

Posted on April 17th, 2023

tm stagetec systems is excited to announce that the company will become part of the global Qvest company group. Current clients, suppliers and stakeholders of tm stagetec systems can expect the same high standards of quality products, services and support that they usually do from the company.

tm stagetec systems will operate in the future as Qvest Australia with all current employees and the same management team. The specialised practices from tm stagetec systems, such as professional audio, systems integration and support will continue as normal. The exciting changes mean that operating as part of the Qvest group will allow the company to offer clients more opportunities, larger scale projects, cutting-edge solutions and further expansion.

As a result, clients of tm stagetec systems will have access to an even broader set of products and services to meet their digital transformation requirements; to stay competitive in the information, communication, and technology industries.

The acquisition of tm stagetec means a consequent step for Qvest after several successful project implementations for clients in Australia. By establishing the new regional hub Qvest Australia, the company group will strengthen its position in Australia and New Zealand. This enables Qvest to offer all services and products of the worldwide company group in this region. Qvest customers will benefit from a more extensive local support network, providing them with faster and more effective solutions to their technology requirements.

Treva Head, Managing Director at tm stagetec systems: “We very much look forward to our future as Qvest Australia and as part of the Qvest Group. The remarkable synergies between our two companies means we can offer increased business opportunities to our customers in the areas of professional audio, broadcast and infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. With our talented team of employees, we aim to continue to offer the high standard of products and services that we have built our reputation upon. The potential for new opportunities is endless.”

Peter Nöthen, CEO of the Qvest Group: “With the acquisition of tm stagetec, we are consistently strengthening our global presence. At the same time, it is a clear signal of commitment to customers in the Australia and New Zealand region, which is of great relevance to us. Our new regional hub at Qvest Australia with Mark, Treva, and their team, will enable us to implement a substantial Qvest knowledge transfer to this region.”

Mark Lownds, General Manager at tm stagetec systems: “This is a time of growth for our company in which to gain the knowledge, resources and opportunities of a global entity that has a unique local perspective in each of the markets that it serves. As we move to become known as Qvest Australia, we look forward to better meeting the technology integration needs of our current clients and to expanding in our key industries to take on more complex and larger scale projects.”
